WoW Enchanting Guide

Ultimate WoW Guide

Enchanting is a more difficult profession than the others. It’s a great money making profession, but it also has a high amount of cost. Most enchants are done to other players and guild mates, so it involves some type of interaction with other players. Some people prefer to play alone, and enchanting is not the best profession for solo play. Enchanting goes best with tailoring since you can disenchant the greens, blues, and purples to create materials for enchanting. Leatherworking and blacksmithing articles can also be disenchanted, but tailoring requires drops with the other two professions require additional profession materials. This WoW Enchanting Guide will help you quickly level your enchanting skill.

WoW Level 1-75 Enchanting Guide

For the first 50 skill points, you can disenchant your green items you have on your character.  This saves you a lot of money and time since eventually skilling up will cost a lot of money.    Buy the cheapest pair of bracers available, and enchant Minor Health on them until you reach 75.  At this point you need to train.

WoW Level 75-150 Enchanting Guide

Switch to Minor Deflection until you read level 85.  Use Minor Stamina on bracers until you reach 105.  Once you reach 105 you will need a Runed Silver Rod which will also bring you up a skill level.  Minor Agility will bring you to 120 and Minor Stamina will bring you to 125.  Switch to Lesser Stamina and you will reach 150.

WoW Level 150-225 Enchanting Guide

At 150, create a runed golden rod to enchant the next level of recipes.  Continue using Lesser Stamina until you reach 160 and Lesser Stamina to shields will bring you to 165.  Begin using Spirit on some bracers until you reach 185.  Strength to bracers will eventually bring you to 200.

You will now need a Runed Truesilver Rod. You can enchant Defense on Cloak until you cap at skill level 225.

WoW Level 225-300 Enchanting Guide

Now comes the hardest part of being an Enchanter.  You now must travel to Uldaman to train.  The trainer is in an area where your group needs to travel.  The trainer also has a bunch of recipes to train.  It’s best to bring a lot of materials to train up as quickly as possible.  The trainer’s recipes can get you to 250.

Enchanting Agility to gloves will get you to 235 and Superior Health will get you to 250.  Strength to bracers will get you to 265.  Train the Recipe of Greater Stamina to Shield and you can reach 290 skill.  From here you will need an Arcanite Rod.  Enchant Superior Defense to Cloak and you will reach 300.

WoW Level 300-375 Enchanting Guide

At this point you graduate to Burning Crusade material and you’ll need to travel to Hellfire Peninsula.  Create a Runed Fel Iron Rod before beginning.  Start by enchanting Superior Defense to Cloak for about 5 skill levels.  Then enchant bracers for Assault until you reach 315.  Enchant Cloak for Major Armor and it will bring you to 325.  Enchant Major Spirit until you reach 335 and Superior Wizard Oil will bring you to 345.

Enchant Major Strength to gloves until you reach 350.  From here you will need a Runed Adamantite Rod to get to 375.  Enchant Major Strength until you reach 360. Finally enchant rings for Striking and Healing Power until you reach 375.

WoW Level 375-450 Enchanting Guide

At this point you enter into the new expansion.  Start by Enchanting Chest Super Stats.  This will bring you to 385 quickly.  Enchant Icewalker to boots and it will bring you to 400.  Enchanting Greater Spellpower to bracers will now bring you to 415.

You will need a Runed Eternium Rod to continue. Enchant Greater Spirit to boots to bring you to 430, and finally enchant Mighty Armor to cloak until you reach 450.
